Charisse
Charisse has nearly three decades of experience in dental administration. She coordinates treatment plans for our patients and is responsible for the insurance and billing functions of our practice. Her extensive experience and the training she has received from continuing education courses throughout her career contribute to her expertise in dental insurance.
Charisse was raised in Rayne, Louisiana and has lived in Texas most of her adult life. She has three grown children and a set of twin grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, hiking, reading, and watching movies.
Shannon
Shannon has been working in dentistry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our team. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and making every visit to the dentist a positive experience. Her warm personality and commitment to excellent service play an important role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere in our office. Outside of work, she loves going on scenic drives and cherishes time spent with her kids and grandkids.
Melissa
Melissa has been part of the dental field for 34 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. A proud Texan, she was born and raised here and has called it home her entire life. She enjoys welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease during their visits. When she’s not at the office, she loves watching movies, going on walks, and spending time with her dogs.
Reyna
Reyna began her career as an assistant in dental hygiene and orthodontics, and after years of varied experience she is now skilled in restorative and surgical assisting. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Reyna also assists on the administrative side of our office. She is kind and personable, and quickly makes our patients feel comfortable, whether they are on the phone or in a dental chair.
Reyna was born and raised in Texas, and is proud of her Mexican heritage. She enjoys living in Katy because it is a quiet area with quick access to entertainment, like Main Event and Typhoon Texas. When she’s not at work, Reyna loves spending time with her daughter, watching Netflix, and shopping.
